hello folks! it’s natalie here, previously @njmphadora, remaking at @excelsjor. here’s my lil story why if you’re interested ~
so, basically, i was last on tumblr a few months ago (i think like november 2017) and i loved it. for about a year i was super active, making tons of edits, hosting awards, making friends, and just generally getting my feet sunk into the communities on here.
but when i started uni, things began to get a bit overwhelming. i was changing, becoming a more social person, with a busier schedule, and there just wasn’t the time to run my blog anymore. it was a big blog, with lots going on, and it made me feel panicky just thinking about it sometimes.
so i took a break, and spent some time working on myself, exploring this new person i was becoming, having fun and keeping busy. i disappeared off tumblr for a while. now, coming back, i really do feel like i’ve become a different person. a lot of things about me have changed. and since i underwent a redo on life, i decided to redo my blog on here too. fresh starts all over.
i will never delete my old blog. i’m still so proud of everything about it. i learnt so much over there, and met so many amazing people. it’s just time for tumblr to learn who this new person is now.
but now it’s time for me to spend a while refollowing people, rediscovering tumblr, and finding my way into new communities, or maybe even back into the old one, and just seeing where this new girl can fit in.
